We started the company because we all came from different places where Salesforce was the lifeblood of our sales and service operations.
As essential as Salesforce.com was to us, it also required 200+ hours of manual data entry per year, expensive training, and still, we only collected a fraction of the data we wanted and often times found our CRM complex to use and full of stale and inaccurate data.
So we asked, "Why can't we talk to Salesforce like a person, from mobile and/or desktop. But also, have it speak to me when something needs to be updated or even suggest where to sell/service next!?" So we built just that.
